Promoter

The promoter of this competition (“Promotion”) is Mazda Motors of New Zealand, New Zealand Business Number 9429040559155, located at 7 Westfield Place, Auckland, New Zealand. 1010 (“Promoter”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from:

12:00am NZT on 31 October 2026
to 11:59pm NZT on 31 December 2026

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over holding a full NZ license, purchasing a vehicle for private/personal use.
  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Mazda, TVNZ, or associated dealerships or agencies are not eligible.
  • Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

How to Enter

Entrants must book a test drive on mazda.co.nz, through our social media advertising or directly through an Approved Mazda Dealership, and complete that test drive before the end of the Promotional Period (11:59pm NZT, on 31 December 2026) to be eligible to win the Promotional Prize.

Entry Conditions

  • There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Promotional Period.
  • Booking and completion of a test drive must be completed within the Promotional Period to qualify for entry.
  • Test drives must be completed through an Approved Mazda Dealership, selected on www.mazda.co.nz or through Mazda’s social media advertising.
  • The Promoter and/or Mazda will request proof of identity to confirm eligibility to receive the Promotional Prize.

Promotional Prize

There is one (1) national major prize:

  • A Garage Makeover worth $25,000

Prize consists of:

  • $25,000 paid directly into a New Zealand bank account owned jointly or solely by the competition winner.

Prize is not transferable.

Winner Draw & Notification

  • A single winner will be drawn via a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
  • The random draw will take place by January 31st 2027.
  • The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, a re‑draw may take place.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter has the right to use the winner’s name, likeness and image to promote winning the prize and any further promotions similar in the future.
  • The winner agrees to have their photo taken and consents to the Promoter sharing that photo on their online platforms.

Verification Requirements

The Promoter may require entrants to provide:

  • Proof of age (18+)
  • A copy of their valid full NZ driver’s licence
  • Proof of New Zealand residency

Failure to verify this information to the satisfaction of the Promoter may result in disqualification.

Privacy

Personal information will be used only for:

  • Administering this Promotion
  • Coordinating vehicle test drives through Authorised Mazda Dealerships
  • Contacting the winner

Information will be stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required to operate the Promotion. Entrants may access or request correction of their personal data.

General Conditions

The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary.

  • The Promoter is not liable for technical issues, lost entries, or system errors.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or injury related to participation or prize use, except as required by law.
  • The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or behaves fraudulently.

Acceptance

Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
