Waikanae Surf Life Saving Club's grant will help to purchase new junior Surf boards. These will allow them to continue providing quality programs to the community including Nippers, Holiday Programs, Ocean Athletes and Junior Carnivals. Grant received = $3,180

Woven Rivers Trust, has a Thriving Kai Project at The Learning Environment which is all about rowing and sharing nourishing kai with the Whanganui Community. The funds will purchase a "tilther" to loosen dense soil. Grant received = $1,902

William is a 10 year old boy who has Autism and ID. The funding will help buy a special trike that will enable him to bike to school all by himself. This will also be a mean of physical activity for William that will support his overall health. Grant received = $2,038

School Start First Impressions help 5-years-old start school on an equal footing with their peers, by reducing the impact of financial strain on families living in material hardship. This funding will help with various contents for their school starter pack. The pack includes school uniform, back pack, lunchbox and various other goodies. Grant received = $3,695

CCS Disability Action Services

This funding will be used to purchase a variety of fun games for used at their organisations hub, set up by people with disabilities in their premises. A gym membership will also be funded that can be used by people with disabilities to help improve both physical and mental health wellbeing. Grant received = $930

Manukau Beautification Charitable Trust

The Beautification Trust leads beautification projects and community events. The funding will give financial support to cover costs for educational materials benefitting primary and intermediate school students. Grant received = $846

Arapaoa Kiwi Trust reintroduces kiwi into Arapaoa Island in the Marlborough Sounds. This funding will be used to provide them with 12 trail cameras to control stoat and feral cat populations. Grant received = $5,472

South Canterbury Hospice and it's community free-of-charge specialist care. This funding is for an InSinkErator instant hot water system for the Nurses Station, enabling provide patients and their whanau with a cuppa when comfort is needed. Grant received = $1,859
